Se qualcuno di voi è a conoscenza di una lista con i plug e i software incompatibili al momento sarebbe utile averla

ciao ignazio,ma per incompatibilità dei native intendi absynth 4 ed fm 8 tra gli altri ? Se è cosi la cosa mi preoccupa un po,magari chi ha questi due plug in insieme al pacchetto waldorf edition e logic express o pro 8 se fa sapere qualcosa fa cosa gradita

his page provides information about Native Instruments products and Mac OS X 10.5 “Leopard”. The content will be updated and expanded over time to address additional questions and reflect further developments.

Native Instruments welcomes the improvements in Mac OS X 10.5, but does currently not recommend upgrading to the new operating system version for professional audio production or live performance until compatibility with existing third-party audio software has been widely confirmed by other manufacturers.
Based on internal testing with pre-release versions of Mac OS X 10.5, Native Instruments has found two potential compatibility issues with its products.

Installation -the installers of some NI products will currently not work under Mac OS X 10.5, causing the installation process to fail. This may also include previous versions of Service Center included with the product.

Native Instruments is currently preparing a universal installer patch for OS X 10.5 that will be available as a download on the NI website in the near future.

If you urgently need to update to Mac OS X 10.5 in the meantime, please choose to update your existing Mac OS X installation instead of doing a clean install, in order not to make a subsequent re-install of your NI software necessary.

Operation - in some NI products, calling up certain message windows will cause the application to become unresponsive under Mac OS X 10.5. This includes “Yes/No”-type confirmation dialogues and “File not found” warnings. To which extent such messages are likely to come up during normal usage depends on the individual product.

Native Instruments is currently developing patches for all affected products that will fix this issue. These updates are scheduled for consecutive release within November and December 2007.

For the time being, these issues can be circumvented to a certain degree by avoiding operations that trigger this type of message window as much as possible.
A detailed overview about which NI products are affected by any of these compatibility issues will be posted on this page within the next several days.

The following NI products have already shown to be not affected by any of these issues, and should therefore be safe to use under Mac OS X 10.5:

GUITAR RIG 3
KONTAKT 3
KORE 2
TRAKTOR 3 (3.3 update has to be used when doing a clean install)


Compatibility tests with the final version of Mac OS X 10.5 have just started and are still ongoing. In the meantime, information on this page is still preliminary and subject to change.

C'è lo posti??
A me interesserebbe la compatibilità con Pro-tools e plug-in vari ( Bomb factory, Focusrite D2, D3 etc..) Waves Diamond 5.0 , Atmosphere, Trilogy, Galaxy Piano, Kontakt3 ( che ho appena comprato: STUPENDO !!), B4, Sample Tank etc.. tutti ovviamente in versione RTAS o TMD per pro-tools

Riguardo ad Absynth 4 sotto Leopard funziona regolarmente (o almeno a me funziona).
Funzionano regolarmente Albino3, Blue, Predator e Pro53... altri al momento non so. Spero vi sia utile.
