HELP:Logic crash, con play 1.1.6 e EWSO GOLD 1.0.2

Ho aggiornato play all'ultima versione (1.1.6) e la EWSO GOLD alla 1.0.2.

RISULTATO:

1) la GOLD ha "perso" alcuni strumenti. Praticamente quando carico degli instruments tipo 11v EMOTION DXF2 oppure 22CYMBAL o altri ancora, non c'è "suono". Gli instruments sono regolarmente presenti nel browser (e nel folder del mio HD dedicato alle librerie ci sono tutti i files .ewi) ma non suonano!

2) LOGIC, quando carico qualcuno di questi instruments "mancanti" (tipo 22CYMBAL)si chiude inaspettatamente.

Ho già mandato una segnalazione al supporto EW ma ancora non mi rispondono.

Qualcuno può aiutarmi (magari senza dover reinstallare tutto....)?

Ho un problema simile con la SILVER, anche io con il nuovo motore PLAY e il relativo aggiornamento.

Logic va in crash...

Ora ho ricevuto risposta dalla EW. Nei prossimi giorni proverò la loro soluzione.

Spero anche che in giro ci sia ZORRO, che è super esperto di PLAY...

...hai forse spostato la lib dopo la prima installazione?
Hai provato ad aprire il Play in modalità stand-alone? ...stesso problema?

Stai (forse) usando dei KS "sbagliati"...?

Ecco la soluzione del support EW:

1) In your EWQL Gold Library folder you should have: Gold Instruments, Gold Samples and Silver Samples. Please delete the Gold Instrument folder.

2) Now, put disc 1 into your computer and drag it into the EWQL Gold Library folder.

3) In PLAY's favorites window, set the directory to Gold Instruments folder and run the GOLD INSTRUMENT UPDATE per instructions below. Please note that you need to install the INSTRUMENT UPDATE to the SYSTEM DRIVE.

1. Go to the browser menu in Play.
2. Locate the favorites window in the bottom left above the keyboard and control + click
on the product title and choose to "set directory".
3. Navigate to the product title Instrument folder and click choose.
4. Now run the sample / instrument updates for your product. Please choose the default
installation directory (system drive) as the updates will be directed to the correct location
per the directory you just set.

Ho seguito passo passo le istruzioni del support EW ma inutilmente.

Non sò cosa possa essere successo... Cosa posso fare?

Ho appena segnalato che il problema persiste.

Spero non dover re-installare tutto....
